Katie took the time to hear me out and we instantly connected. I have gone to her multiple times as color corrections take multiple sessions. She was very patient with me and with my hair in order to not have my hair fall out during the process. I was always happy with the results, and she always made sure what she was doing was within my budget and always double checked with me which I appreciated. After I graduated college, I moved out of state and it was truly hard to leave Katie behind. She was not only my stylist, but also became a friend to me.
