These policies are set in place to protect the stylist, as well as the clients. Please respect my time as I will respect yours as well. Thank you!

CANCELLATION POLICY:

I will require a 48hr cancellation notice for ALL appointments. If for any reason you need to cancel please let me know within 48hrs, if there is a cancellation outside of the window a 50% fee of your original service will be charged to your card on file. Canceling the day of your appointment will be considered a no show. This fee will either be charged to the card on file or invoiced to you.

After three canceled appointments outside of the 48hr window you will be put on a restricted booking log. You will be put on a waitlist for any further appointments and will be unable to prebook.

I understand things happen but please be mindful and message me as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Thank you all for understanding and respecting my time.

NO SHOW POLICY:

A 48hr cancellation policy is set in place, anything outside of that will fall into the cancellation policy. If you for any reason NO SHOW (do not show within 15 minutes of your appointment without messaging me) OR cancel your appointment the DAY OF: a no show fee of 100% of your service will be charged to the card on file or invoiced to you. This fee is set in place to ensure my time is respected.

After one NO SHOW you will have one opportunity to book another appointment. If a second NO SHOW or cancellation occurs I will no longer be able to book as a client.

CARD ON FILE OR DEPOSIT:

A card on file or a $50 deposit is required to be kept on file ONLY for the use of the cancellation and no show policy. I will not charge this card for ANY reason other than the cancellation and no show policies. In order to book with me one of these two are REQUIRED, NO EXCEPTIONS. This information will NOT be shared with anyone and kept confidential. A waiver will also be required to keep both you and I safe.


WAIVER/ CONSENT FORM:

A waiver/ consent form will be required for each client in order to book an appointment. This waiver will protect both of us. It will go over your expectations and past hair history. The form will be sent to your email to be filled out electronically and signed.
